Q. Why are you able to sell your products at such a low price?
A. As we have direct contacts with the suppliers from the original country of manufacturer, we are able to save and cut down the costs of middleman. In addition, we do not have a retail stores nor hold heavy stock inventories. All these cost-savings are actually passed on to our consumers and thus the lower prices we offer.
Q. How can you convince that your products are new and genuine?
A. Batch code can be found on all the skincare products. It indicates the manufacturered date of the product. Country of origin of the products can also be found printed on the boxes.
Q. How do I know if my order has gone through?
A. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number upon successful transaction within 24 hours from payment.
Q. Can I pay cash on delivery?
A. No. Payment is to be made in full before any order / meetup can be confirmed.
Q. Can I pay a deposit/downpayment until I've received my order?
A. No. It is very messy and hard to keep track. We only accept payments in full.
Q. When can I get my order?
A. For Instock Products, your items will reach you within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment.
For Pre-Order Products, your items will reach you within 2-3 weeks after closing dates.
Q. Do you ship to international address?
A. Delivery is provided within Singapore only.
